These Terms & Conditions apply to Tasty Rewards and govern the relationship between Whitbread Group PLC whose registered address is at Whitbread Court, Houghton Hall Business Park, Porz Avenue Dunstable, Bedfordshire LU5 5XE ("we" or "us") and you, the member of the Tasty Rewards scheme.
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully and print a copy for your records. Use of your Tasty Rewards card will constitute your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
We reserve the right to close the Tasty Rewards scheme at any time. Members will be given reasonable notice of the closure.

Tasty Rewards is administered by Hawk Incentives Limited (Hawk Incentives) on our behalf. By registering for the Service, you authorise us to share your information with Hawk Incentives to allow them to administer the Tasty Rewards scheme on our behalf. Further details of how we process your information is described in the section 'Data Protection and Privacy' below.
The Tasty Rewards card enables you to collect points on qualifying food and drink purchases in participating Table Table, Whitbread Inn and Cookhouse + Pub restaurants and to redeem those points at participating Table Table, Whitbread Inn or Cookhouse + Pub restaurants. Any points obtained or used outside of these Terms & Conditions will be invalid and cannot be redeemed.
You may lose your collected points and/or have your right to collect and/or redeem points suspended (i) if you are in breach of these Terms & Conditions, (ii) if we have reasonable grounds to suspect that you are engaged in fraudulent or other criminal activities relating to us or your Tasty Rewards membership, or (iii) if you supply false or misleading information.
About You and Your Card
Cards are available at participating Table Table, Whitbread Inn or Cookhouse + Pub restaurants. You must be aged 18 or over and resident in the UK to join Tasty Rewards.
Your Tasty Rewards card is issued by us, remains our property and can be registered in your name only. You cannot transfer your Tasty Rewards card, or any stored points on it, to any other person.
Please keep your sign in and password secure. If you believe someone else has access to, or is using, your sign in and/or password, you must tell us and create new login details on the Tasty Rewards website by updating your membership details at the Tasty Rewards website. It is your responsibility to keep your details up to date.
You can use your Tasty Rewards card at any participating Table Table, Whitbread Inn or Cookhouse + Pub restaurant. It is not a credit card, charge card or debit card; and may not be used for commercial purposes.
You can start collecting points as soon as you pick up your card and present it when you make your first purchase. Every time you present your card with payment you will be able to collect points on your qualifying food and drink purchases – five points for each complete pound spent on qualifying food and drink purchases (not including the value of any discounts, vouchers or tips). Food and drink purchases which qualify for Tasty Rewards points can change from time to time, so please check with a member of staff before making a purchase if you are unsure whether your purchase will qualify.
Bonus points awarded may expire in accordance with the applicable rules for the relevant promotion. The free points we offer for registering your card online are such a promotional offer, and expire after 90 days if your card has not been swiped in a Table Table, Whitbread Inn or Cookhouse + Pub restaurant within that time.
If you forget your Tasty Rewards card when you visit, you can contact our Customer Support Team within 14 days to have any points added. You will need your receipt number to confirm your total qualifying spend (as above).
Email email@example.com and provide the following information;
- Full name
- Membership number
- House number (this is the 7-digit number found at the top of your receipt labelled 'House No')
- Cheque number (this is the 4-digit number found at the top of your receipt labelled 'chk')
- Date and time of visit as stated on your receipt (this is found on your receipt directly under the cheque number)
- Total amount paid as stated on your receipt
- Restaurant name
- Restaurant location
Alternatively call 0333 234 1452 with the information provided above (calls will be charged at your local rate). Please allow 72 hours after the date of your visit before contacting our Customer Support team to add points to your account. This will give our systems time to update to ensure that we can validate your receipt.
It is at the discretion of Whitbread PLC if points are awarded after a transaction has occurred.
You may also be able to earn additional 'bonus points' as part of a promotional offer, competition or other give-away; and these may have a different expiry date or conditions of use. Please check the terms and conditions of the relevant promotion at the time for more details.
Points may take up to 48 hours to be added to your card after the transaction time.
The Tasty Rewards card can be used at the same time as the Whitbread Privilege Card.
To use the points you have collected, you must have registered your Tasty Rewards card online. Points have no cash value, and redeemed points cannot be used again.
Points are personal to you, the card holder, and cannot be combined with points earned by someone else. They cannot be transferred to others or used for commercial purposes.
Points can be redeemed through your online account for vouchers. These vouchers can be used against subsequent qualifying purchases at participating Table Table, Whitbread Inn or Cookhouse + Pub restaurants; or in any other manner described on Tasty Rewards website.
Bonus points awarded may expire in accordance with the applicable rules for the relevant promotion.
Points earned on your Tasty Rewards card are not covered by any compensation scheme.
Each voucher has a value in points; and you must have enough points in your account to cover the voucher of your choice. Vouchers will either be for a cash value (to be spent on your next Table Table, Whitbread Inn or Cookhouse + Pub meal) or be for a named product(s). Details of these vouchers and how to swap your points for them are found on Tasty Rewards website.
Vouchers must not be modified in any way.
Vouchers are valid for 6 weeks, unless stated otherwise.
Cash value vouchers cannot be redeemed for drinks-only purchases and food must be purchased from our menu.
Vouchers must be presented at the point of payment with your Tasty Rewards card for discounts or offers to be valid. No change can be given from vouchers.
Where a voucher relates to a particular product, we reserve the right to substitute an alternative item if it is unavailable with another of equivalent or higher value.
No cash alternative is available and the decision of the restaurant manager is final.
Once you have swapped your points for a voucher, the value in points will be deducted from your available reward balance (whether or not the voucher is redeemed in a restaurant). You can access your created vouchers at any time through using the 'My Vouchers' section on the website.
Expiry and Cancellation
Your Tasty Rewards card does not have an expiry date. Points are valid for a period of 12 months from the date they are collected, and we reserve the right to remove any points from your Tasty Rewards card if it has not been used for 12 months. Expired points cannot be redeemed, transferred to a new card or reinstated.
You can cancel your Tasty Rewards membership at any time. You can return your card to our Customer Support Team, or let us know by email or phone using the contact details set out in the section 'Customer Services' (below). If you cancel your Tasty Rewards membership you will lose any unused points (and they cannot be transferred to anyone else).
Loss, Theft or Damage
If you lose your Tasty Rewards Card, collect a new one from your nearest Table Table, Whitbread Inn or Cookhouse + Pub restaurant. Then go to the Tasty Rewards website and sign in as usual, go to 'Your details' and register the new card under your name. This way you get to keep and use any points you had already collected, and you can carry on using the new card in future. You can also contact our Customer Support Team on 0333 234 1452 (calls will be charged at your local rate).
Complaints regarding any element of the Tasty Rewards should be sent in writing or by email to Tasty Rewards Customer Support Team, Bellis House, Icknield Way Industrial Estate, Tring, Herts, HP23 4RN or firstname.lastname@example.org. All complaints will be subject to the Tasty Rewards Complaints Procedure which will be provided to you on your request.

Data Protection and Privacy
When you register your Tasty Rewards card on the Tasty Rewards website, you will be asked to provide certain personal information, including your email address, telephone number, name, address, date of birth and information about your household. Any information which is marked as essential must be provided in order for us to manage your membership.
We collect the details provided by you on registration, and the information we learn about you from your use of Tasty Rewards and your visits to our restaurants. We also collect information about the transactions you undertake. We may also collect additional information in connection with your participation in any promotions or competitions offered by us and information you provide when giving us feedback or completing profile forms.
We will use the information recorded through the use of your Tasty Rewards card to help us improve our service to you and to make our communications more relevant.
We are committed to maintaining the security of your personal information in accordance with the requirements of the Data Protection Act and will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your personal data is kept secure against unauthorised access, loss, disclosure or destruction.
Tasty Rewards is administered by Hawk Incentives on our behalf. By registering your membership, you authorise us to share your information with Hawk Incentives to allow them to administer Tasty Rewards scheme on our behalf.
We will contact you from time to time in relation to Tasty Rewards, using the preferences you provided when you registered your Tasty Rewards card.
If you wish to change your contact permissions, once your account is activated, you can do so by contacting our Customer Services team by email firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling 0333 234 1452 (calls will be charged at your local rate), or by following the unsubscribe link on emails received.
Liability of Whitbread Group PLC
Whitbread Group PLC shall not be held liable for any default resulting directly or indirectly from any cause beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to, failure of network services and/or failure of data processing systems. Whitbread Group PLC shall not be held liable for any loss or damage suffered or incurred by you as a consequence of your participation in the Tasty Rewards save where such loss or damage is caused by our fault or negligence. We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses howsoever caused. The exclusions and limitations in these Terms & Conditions shall not apply to exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
We reserve the right to amend or waive any provision of these Terms & Conditions from time to time and at any time, or to terminate the Tasty Rewards programme on reasonable notice.
Any changes to these Terms & Conditions will be available on the Tasty Rewards website and may also be sent to you by email or post. You should also revisit this page from time to time to check whether there have been any amendments to these Terms & Conditions.
The Terms & Conditions applicable to the use of a Tasty Rewards card will always be the version currently published on this website. Your continued use of a Tasty Rewards card shall constitute your acceptance of the current version of these Terms & Conditions.
We may transfer the benefit of these Terms & Conditions to any other company in the same group of companies as Whitbread Group PLC. If we assign the benefit of these Terms & Conditions, your rights will not be affected.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law.
250 Free Points
- The free activation points offer is rewarded to customers upon registering their Tasty Rewards account at www.tastyrewards.co.uk.
- Points are credited upon registration of the Tasty Rewards account.
- Points are provided as a complimentary credit for new members.
- Members must register their account with a valid Tasty Rewards card.
- The free activation points offer is valid on a per account basis. Points will not be awarded for additional cards registered on accounts.
- The bonus points awarded may be removed if no further points are earned from a valid transaction at a Table Table, Whitbread Inn or Cookhouse + Pub pub restaurant within 90 days after bonus points are credited to your account.
- Points are not transferable between accounts and can be redeemed as described in the terms and conditions.
