Joining Tasty Rewards
Pick up a Tasty Rewards card in any participating Table Table, Whitbread Inn or Cookhouse + Pub restaurant and register at www.tastyrewards.co.uk.
Once you register your card you'll receive 250 bonus points. Collect 5 points on every £1 you spend on qualifying food and drink purchases every time you visit. Once you reach 500 points you can turn your points in to vouchers for;
- £5 voucher
- 2 Free main meals, desserts or kid's meals
Exclusive benefits
We'll send you a ree meal voucher to celebrate your birthday, every year. As a loyalty member, you'll also receive the best offers. You need to remain opted in to emails to receive your offers.
We will use the information you provided to keep you up to date on your rewards balance and inform you of offers and promotions available to you, as well as using your opted in email address to send your birthday offer.

You may opt out at any time, through the unsubscribe link, found on the footer of any emails you receive from us or online by logging in and following the steps under 'Your details' . Please also remember this means you will not receive your birthday offer by email.
We need to share the information you provide to us with the third parties service providers that help us run the Tasty Rewards. We will not pass your information onto any third party for marketing purposes. For further details of the information we collect and how we use this, please see our privacy policy.
You must be over the age of 18 and resident in the UK to join Tasty Rewards.
Our loyalty scheme has updated. As a loyalty club member you will receive a free meal voucher to celebrate your birthday, using your registered email address. As a loyalty member, you will also receive the best offers by email to help you celebrate with us throughout the year. You need to be opted in to receive our offers, and can unsubscribe at any time.
Your Account
It may take up to 48 hours from your restaurant visit (if you swiped your loyalty card), or from entering your receipt details on this website, for points to be shown on your account.
You can update all your details within the 'Your Account' section on Tasty Rewards website.
You have the right to cancel your Tasty Rewards membership at any time by contacting us via the links noted below. If you cancel you Tasty Rewards membership you will lose the right to redeem all unused points. Points are not transferable to a third party. By cancelling your membership, through contacting our Guest Relations team, we will also opt you out of emails, unless advised otherwise.

Collecting Points
You can collect 5 points on every £1 you spend on all qualifying food and drink purchases at participating Table Table, Whitbread Inn or Cookhouse + Pub restaurant.
Points are calculated on your total spend, less any discounts, vouchers or gratuities.
Yes, as long as you have your receipt and claim within 28 days of your visit you can add your points. Click here to login and follow the link under Forgot to swipe your card?. It may take up to 48 hours for your points to show on your account.
All the points will need to go onto the same card - so if more than one member of your party has a Tasty Rewards card you will need to choose whose card the points will be collected on.
Points are valid for a period of 12 months from the date they are collected.
Yes, please present your card at the Table Table, Whitbread Inn or Cookhouse + Pub restaurant to a team member to get your points added.
Firstly, please log on to your account and make sure you have given us the correct date for your birthday and have opted in to receive our emails. These settings can be found by following the steps under 'Your Details' section. You must be opted in to receive offers by email. You you still haven't located your birthday voucher, please then make sure you check your junk mail.

No, there is no maximum!
Spending Points
Once you've collected 500 points, you can exchange them for reward vouchers, a £5 money-off voucher or upgrade to a food and drink voucher logging in and following the link under 'Swap your points'. Points must be redeemed in increments of 500.
Your vouchers will appear in your vouchers section or we can email them direct to your inbox. Either print off or present the voucher on your phone when you pay your bill.
Vouchers must be used within 6 weeks, unless otherwise stated (special dates and promotional vouchers may vary). The expiry date will be shown on your voucher.
You can use your vouchers in any participating Table Table, Whitbread Inn or Cookhouse + Pub restaurants. Simply present your voucher and reward card when you ask for your bill and we will apply the discount on your voucher when you pay.
You can use any Tasty Rewards points vouchers any time at any Table Table, Whitbread Inn or Cookhouse + Pub restaurants towards your spend on qualifying food and drink. You may not use your birthday offer voucher with any other voucher. There is no change given if you do not redeem a voucher up to its full value.
Vouchers can only be used for purchases that include a meal. They cannot be redeemed for purchases that consist of drinks only. A voucher can only be redeemed once.
You can re-print your voucher by logging in and following the link under 'Your vouchers'.
No, we don't give change if you don't spend all the value of your voucher.
Your Tasty Rewards Card
No. The Tasty Rewards card can only be used in participating Table Table, Whitbread Inn or Cookhouse + Pub restaurants. It is not accepted in other Whitbread owned companies. Similarly, if you have a Beefeater Grill Reward Club card or Brewers Fayre Bonus Club Card, you cannot use them in a Table Table, Whitbread Inn or Cookhouse + Pub restaurant.
No. However, if it remains inactive for a period of 3 years or more, your card and the points on the card will become invalid and the remaining balance will not be transferable to a new card and cannot be refunded. You will continue to receive emails including your birthday voucher unless you opt out of emails.
If you lose your Tasty Rewards Card you will need to collect a new card from your nearest restaurant and allocate the new card to your account in the 'Your Details' section. Failure to do so will mean any existing points are not allocated to your new card and will not be available to spend within your rewards balance. You must pick up a new card at your local Restaurant, our Customer Care team can't assist with this.
We can't send you a new card in the post. You must go to your local restaurant to pick up a new card. Once you have picked up a new card, go to your account in the 'Your Details' section and update your details. Our Customer Care team can't assist with supplying replacement cards.
Yes. If you have more than one card - maybe after losing your original card and activating another. You can activate a maximum of 5 cards per account, but you should only use your most recent (and activated) card to collect and redeem your points. Tasty Rewards can only be activated in the name of one individual, not shared between multiple people.
No, only the person in whose name the Tasty Rewards card is registered can use the Tasty Rewards card.
Although you can register up to 5 cards, you can not transfer points between cards. However all your points will appear in you points section in your account, therefore points are not lost.
