If you are 18 years or older and live in the UK, just pick up a Tasty Rewards card in any participating Table Table, Whitbread Inn or Cookhouse + Pub restaurant, and activate it at www.tastyrewards.co.uk.
You can collect points on all qualifying food and drink purchases at participating Table Table, Whitbread Inn and Cookhouse + Pub restaurants. Make sure you get your Tasty Rewards card swiped when you pay your bill to get your points added.
For every full £1 you spend on qualifying food and drink purchases, you'll collect 5 points. Points are based on your total spend, less any discounts, vouchers or tips.
No, there is no maximum.

Using Points and Vouchers
Once you've activated your card online and signed in to your Tasty Rewards account online or via your smartphone , you can ‘spend' your points by exchanging them for vouchers. You can start swapping points for vouchers once you have 500 points.
You can use your money-off vouchers any time you have a meal (with or without drinks) in any Table Table, Whitbread Inn or Cookhouse + Pub restaurant. They cannot be used if you are having drinks only and not ordering food from our menu.
Yes – we will take any valid vouchers. You can use multiple Tasty Rewards points vouchers at the same time – each will have a unique reference number, so make sure you keep them safe. Other vouchers that you may receive by email will have their own terms and conditions. Vouchers can only be used once.
Remember, you will collect points based on how much you pay, not how much the total bill was before vouchers were taken off.
No, we don't give change if you don't spend all the value of your voucher.
Points are valid for a period of 12 months from the date they are collected, and we do reserve the right to remove any points from your Tasty Rewards card if it hasn't been used for 12 months or more.
You may also be able to earn ‘FREE points' as part of a promotional offer, competition or other give-away; and these may have a different expiry date. Please check the terms and conditions of the relevant promotion at the time for more details.
The FREE points we add to your account for activating your card expire after 90 days if your Tasty Rewards card has not been swiped in a Table Table, Whitbread Inn or Cookhouse + Pub restaurant during that time.
Points vouchers have an expiry date of 6 weeks, other promotional vouchers may have different terms and conditions. The date the voucher is valid to will be stated on your voucher.
If you had trouble printing your voucher please go to Your Vouchers where you'll be able to reprint your voucher without affecting your points balance. Simply do this by pressing the ‘Get Voucher' link under the Points Detail section. Also, you can now redeem your voucher by displaying it on your mobile phone, via the display on screen function or by emailing it to your registered address. If you still have problems please contact customer support.
Your Tasty Rewards Card
Yes, at our discretion, and as long as you get in touch with our Customer Contact Team on 0333 234 1452 (calls will be charged at your local rate) within 14 days. They will ask you for information from your receipt, so please have it with you when you call.
Please allow 72 hours after the date of your visit before contacting our Customer Support team to add points to your account. This will give our systems time to update to ensure that we can validate your receipt.
All the points need to go onto the same card – so if more than one member of your party has a Tasty Rewards card you will need to choose whose card the points will be collected on.
No, only the person who registered the Tasty Rewards card in their name can use it.
No – your Tasty Rewards card can only be used in participating Table Table, Whitbread Inn or Cookhouse + Pub restaurants. It is not accepted in other Whitbread owned companies. Similarly, if you have a Beefeater Grill Reward Club card or Brewers Fayre Bonus Club Card, you cannot use them in a Table Table, Whitbread Inn or Cookhouse + Pub restaurant.
If you lose your Tasty Rewards card, collect a new one from your nearest Table Table, Whitbread Inn or Cookhouse + Pub restaurant. Then go to the Tasty Rewards website and sign into your account as usual, then go to ‘Your details' and add the new card under your name. This way you get to keep and use any points you had already collected, and you can carry on using the new card in future. No, but if you don't use it by swiping in the restaurant for 12 months or more, it may become invalid and you will lose any points you have collected.

If you are a winner, the Table Table, Whitbread Inn or Cookhouse + Pub restaurant where you entered the draw will contact you before the end of the following month, and you'll receive a voucher from them for a free three-course meal for four people (excluding drinks). The prize voucher will be valid for the Table Table or Whitbread Inn pub restaurant where you entered the draw for 90 days.
While the prize draw promotion is running, each Table Table, Whitbread Inn or Cookhouse + Pub restaurant will award one prize voucher per month. For your entry to be included, you will need to have filled in your name, email and mobile number on the entry form and to have handed it in to a team member when you first pick up your Tasty Rewards card. Please remember that your entry is only valid for one draw.

You can cancel your Tasty Rewards membership at any time. You can return your card to our Customer Contact Team, or let us know by email or phone. If you cancel your Tasty Rewards membership you will lose any unused points (and they can't be transferred to anyone else).
