IMPORTANT CHANGES

On 29th February 2016 we made some changes to Tasty Rewards.

What changed?

1. The length of time the points you collect are valid
Your Tasty Rewards card does not have an expiry date; however the time the points are valid has changed from 24 months to a period of 12 months from the date they are collected. 

2. The time your voucher is valid once you have decided to swap your points
The time vouchers are valid has changed from 6 months to a period of 6 weeks from the date they are converted into a voucher. 

What does this mean to you?

You now have 12 months to spend your points once collected and 6 weeks to use a voucher once your points have been swapped. All the other great benefits and value remain, including free meals, money off and exclusive members-only offers. Not forgetting a free meal on your birthday! Plus, make sure you have added friends and family celebration dates to your account and we will send you some great offers for their dates too.

You will still earn 5 points for every £1 spent when you eat and drink, and every 500 points you earn can be swapped for a Tasty Rewards voucher. To redeem your voucher you can simply print it, email it to your registered address to use when you're ready, or display it on the screen of your phone when you ask for your bill.

Why did we make these changes?

We are constantly trying to help improve Tasty Rewards. The changes we make are helping us grow the scheme in order to bring you more of the rewards you want to see.

What to do now?

Login to your account and check your points balance. To see if you have any points due to expire, view the points expiry section under your account.

If you need to use up some points before they expire why not treat yourself, friends and family. Don't forget, points vouchers can be used together and can be used with one other promotional offer – so what are you waiting for?
